Lemon & Sugar Face Scrub

let's get some perfect skin!

Lemons have BHA (beta hydroxy acid - the skin-slougher-off-er AKA anti-aging wonder!)

summer CARE!

Summer is right around the corner... & there are some things I do that I'll share with you all!

5 basic things I do In the summer!!!

1. After tanning I use a tinted body moisturizer.

2. for my hair I put a sun protecting hair cream in 2 times a day depending on how long Im outside for.

3. The sun makes our hair extremely dry! So I use a deep conditioner on my hair every 3 months to re moisturize my hair.

4. The sun also makes our skin very dry so I try and get a facial once a month.

5. When Im not going off to work or somewhere important I try and stay away from heavy foundations. So I use Marcelle sheer tint fluid face moisturizer with SPF 15.

and SMASHBOX DNA extra black mascara.

Exfoliate, Moisturize & Tone!!!

Washing your face is so important I believe twice a day is good ( morning and night ). I'd use cleanser both times and a exfoliatiion scrub 3 times a week. If you have been out and have makeup caked on your face and dont need it on anymore, you should cleanse your face then too.

1. Burt's Bees Peach & Willowbark Deep Pore Scrub is amazing!!!

I use it in the shower and I scrub it on my face for 5 mins!

lost and FOUND!

So I went to get coffee today and left my purse on top of the car!!!! 

and drove off!!!!!! and I only new it was gone when I got 10 mins away.

I was freaking out! so I called my cell phone and thank god! a man picked up the phone and said "i'm sitting on the grass by a church I'll meet you there" 

I gave the guy a HUGE HUG! and thanked him over and over again my life is in that purse! 

Im so thankful for great people like that in the world. Don't forget the coffee place was right across from a HIGH SCHOOL :S 

I wont ever do that again the meaning of my purse is with me forever now.....!

Wash your hair every 2 days washing your hair everyday makes it's dry and removes color from your hair fast and makes the color fade. Also shampoo and conditioners from the drug storecontains very harsh chemicals called sulfates

Sulfates strip the hair of its natural oils
Using sulfates on your hair everyday could make your hair dry and brittle
You may also notice your scalp is flaky (its most likely not dandruff but dry scalp)

SHAMPOO: Your hair 2 times in the shower and scrub your head still your arms hurt trust me lathering wont do it the job! 

CONDITIONER: The ENDS of your hair only!!! and comb threw the rest when you put conditioner on the top of your hair it ways down the hair when its dry and makes it greasy.
