This workout system is amazing... my boyfriend got it for christmas last year and I just had a baby about 2 months ago. I use this everyday for 20 or 30 mins. I also go for a 45 min walk outside with the baby. If your a stay at home mom and need to lose that baby weight this is the ideal home gym!
